While I think we are all from dysfunctional homes in a sense, for those of us from highly dysfunctional home, this book is for us! It's taken from the Alcoholics Anonymous big book of the 12 steps. ACA stands for Adult Children Anonymous OR Adult Children of Alcoholics. Frankly, I like the Adult Children Anonymous name. I think it gives us a place to come together and discuss our chaotic childhoods. I hope to have one of these groups up and running by year end.
